Ashley Graham is from Lincoln, Nebraska. Growing up with her sisters, Ashley was constantly bullied by classmates because of her large legs. Graham was diagnosed as having attention deficit/hyperactivity disorder shortly after graduating from elementary school. Graham was diagnosed with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (A.D.H.D.) soon after she had completed elementary school. Graham was spotted in Nebraska by a talent agency when she was just twelve years old. Before graduating in 2005 from Lincoln Southwest High School (now Lincoln Southwest High School), she had appeared on various billboards and magazines. Graham had an unique physical appearance that made finding jobs difficult in the beginning. Graham accepted several models from catalogs over the years. But, she was always told that it would be impossible for her to move beyond tiny tasks. Sessions castings weren't right. Thankfully, her career exploded. Sally Singer from "Vogue" interviewed her, which was one of her major breakthroughs. In 2009, she appeared as a model in "Glamour magazine"'s "These Bodies Can Be Beautiful regardless of size" alongside Sally Singer. Graham's Lane Bryant commercial, which was then banned by a number of countries, made her headlines repeatedly. In the year prior to its removal from YouTube the video was watched by more than 800,000 people. As the controversy grew and she was as a guest on the Jay Leno show "The Tonight Show". Graham soon became famous, and today is considered to be one of the top American model models of the plus size category. Grande began performing and singing as a teenager. She was cast in the role of 13 at Broadway in 2008, then started appearing in smaller parts in TV series. In 2010, she received her biggest break, landing a part on Nickelodeon's television series Victorious. She played Cat Valentine, a teenager who attends a performing arts college. The sitcom ended in 2013 and she was a part of the spinoff, Sam & Cat.
