Avery Sunshine

Avery Sunshine has a unique style that blends R&B with gospel, soul music, and R&B. Avery Sunshine's performances have been on Broadway and at festivals in Europe, as well as her appearance at the Democratic National Convention. Sunshine was born Denise White. While she is a resident of Atlanta however, she comes in Chester Pennsylvania where she began music by performing and playing piano in the church. Sunshine was the subject of national media attention due to her several performances throughout the Democratic National Convention in 2008. Sunshine was chosen to perform at Obama's inaugural ceremony in 2009.
